A conversation about best practices in recruitment of diverse graduate student populations. Sessions will feature a specific recruitment activity topic. Time will be provided to discuss with colleagues and create actionable items.
This first session will focus on sharing results on recruitment and retention practices on this campus gathered from the DEI Self-Assessment recently completed by participating PhD programs. Read the executive summary of the self-assessment and access the full report. We will provide smaller group spaces for participants to reflect on the realities in their own programs and discuss with peers.
