The provost’s office is piloting a new mentoring program for mid-career faculty at the rank of associate professor. This two-year program, running from Fall 2016-Spring 2018, will provide one-on-one mentoring for associate professors and, in the program’s second year, assistance on a major project that can be part of their dossier for eventual promotion to full professor.
