The 3rd round of emails to campus users with weak Netid passwords is scheduled to go out starting February 26. This is the last email users will receive encouraging them to change their NetID passwords. If they have not done so by mid-March, they will receive a final notification indicating that their passwords will be deactivated sometime the week of March 19. Once their password is deactivated, they will no longer have access to Netid-enabled services like WiscMail, MyUW or campus wireless. They will need to go through the NetID activation process to create new passwords & recovery questions before these services will be restored. This entry was posted in Uncategorized by jsindelar.
