Mindfulness or guided meditation can be a stress reliever during a busy work day. Taking just 15 minutes of your day to practice mindfulness can set you back on track during your schedule. Encourage yourself or your employees to take part in this exercise if you are looking for a good way to reset. Tips, information and other valuable resources about mindfulness can be found online.
