CALS seeks new Agricultural Research Stations Director

CALS is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual for the position of Director, Agricultural Research Stations, College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, University of Wisconsin-Madison. This individual is responsible for overall management and direction of twelve Agricultural Research Stations located throughout the state of Wisconsin. The Agricultural Research Stations provide facilities and support for the research, extension, and educational programs of the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences.

Dwight Mueller, current ARS Director, recently announced that he plans to retire later in 2017. The college plans to hire his successor in a timely manner, to allow for a transition period into this complex position. The ARS Director position is open to tenured faculty in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences and to staff. There are two job postings for the position–one for tenured faculty and one for staff–available via the JOBS AT UW website.
