Chefs from Steenbock’s on Orchard, Cento and the Avenue Club and Bubble Up Bar will dazzle you with select artisanal food samplings showcasing local ingredients. This one-of-a-kind menu will feature products from Johnson’s Sausage Shoppe and Wisconsin Brewing Company. Chat with chefs and purveyors from these companies all while you sip a beverage from your very own Wisconsin Science Festival pint glass.

Inaugural Red Braised Bratwurst, sauerkraut, apple, and onion, beer mustard sauce, pretzel bite (vegetarian bratwurst will be available)
Cento and Johnson Sausage Shoppe
Smoked Pork Shoulder, pickled onion, salsa verde and garlic aioli on Tuscan toast
(vegetarian option will be available)
Avenue Club and Caprine Supreme
Fried Goat Cheese Croquette, parsnip puree, marinated roasted beet, fresh watercress and hazelnuts
