Updates to ABE CRM and related systems set for Feb. 11

To all users of ABE CRM and Advancement Resources:

On Wednesday, February 11, the Wisconsin Foundation & Alumni Association (WFAA) will be upgrading ABE CRM and related systems. This upgrade, known as SP9, will bring us up-to-date with changes, fixes and modifications made in Blackbaud CRM version 3.0, which we launched in September.

Through careful testing and assessment, we have determined there will be few if any impacts to end users of the ABE CRM systems. The upgrades will enable efficiencies and some key functionality mainly for back-end users of CRM at WFAA.

To enable this upgrade, ABE CRM, the Advancement Resources website and myuwconnect (the online alumni directory) will be unavailable to all users from 1 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Wednesday, February 11. All attempts will be made to adhere to this schedule and lessen the impact to your work day. Also please note that any fund data accessed on that day will reflect information as of Monday, February 9. Fund data will be refreshed after the upgrade, and be current as per the regular scheduling on Thursday, February 12.
