David Combs and Mark Johnson featured in Wisconsin episode of Bizarre Foods

Last summer, the Travel Channel’s Andrew Zimmern filmed an episode of his show Bizarre Foods in Wisconsin that included interviews with dairy science professor David Combs about the digestive system of the dairy cow and CDR’s Mark Johnson about how different types of feed affect the flavor of milk, butter and cheese. The showed aired earlier this summer and segments are now available online, including a 5-minute recap of the entire episode with both Combs and Johnson and the full segment that features Combs.
