Hosted in sites across Madison on September 22-25, 2011, the inaugural Wisconsin Science Festival (WSF)–with the tag line “Curiosity Unleashed!”–welcomes people of all ages to touch, taste, look, listen, smell, and discover the wonders of science through every available lens. Visitors will learn about and engage in science through interactive exhibits, hands-on workshops, lectures, demonstrations, and intimate conversations with leading researchers and creative thinkers.
This is an invitation to share your science interests and expertise with thousands of participants from the community and across the state by taking part in the WSF Street Fair on September 23, 24, and 25, 2011. Applications are now being accepted for booth space in the Town Center or the teaching labs in the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery.
Applications received prior to September 1 will be featured on the event website and in the printed program to be distributed at the festival. SPACE IS LIMITED AND IS AVAILABLE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
