Meat Lab announces public events for fall

The Badger Meat Science Club Presents:
Meet at the Meat Lab, Fall 2011

  • Meat Cookery –September. A professional chef will be showing methods for preparing various meat products….will include plenty of sampling!
  • Healthfulness of Meat –October. Featuring an expert scientist and a registered dietitian to answer all your questions!
  • All Things Fowl: Poultry –November. Just in time for the holidays, featuring a hands-on demonstration on cutting up chicken!
