Summer Timetable will no longer be printed

Division of Continuing Studies is not planning to print a Summer Timetable this year. This decision is based on statistics that show about 80 percent of summer students are continuing from previous semesters, and survey data that indicate the online Timetable is the primary source of information about summer classes. We were one of the few universities around the country still offering a printed Timetable, and usage has dropped dramatically in the past few years.

We intend to create a publication for the 20 percent of summer participants who may be attending a summer program for the first time and are unfamiliar with services and procedures at this university. This publication will include services available, special summer offerings, and instructions for how to enroll and register using the online Timetable.

We will continue to assist you with marketing of 104-funded summer classes and programs, as well as those programs we are funding through innovative and distance learning resources. I encourage you to get in touch with me if you would like marketing assistance.
