LSC hosts play about Rachel Carson on Sept. 5

The Department of Life Sciences Communication (LSC) will host A Sense of Wonder, a one-woman play, in honor of the department’s 100th Anniversary September 5th at 7 p.m. A Sense of Wonder, an inspiring tale brought to life by actress Kaiulani Lee, tells the story of how Rachel Carson launched our modern environmental movement while battling cancer. The play is based on Carson’s book Silent Spring.
