Several campus administrative systems currently offline

This is a short reminder that a few administrative online systems are temporarily offline
as of Friday, Feb. 8, at noon in preparation for the five-project “Program Release.” We expect them to be down a minimum of 10 working days.

Notification will be provided by campus when the new Grants, Madison Accounts Payable Purchase Order, and Legacy Accounting to SFS Transition systems are online. The Effort project was brought on-line in November, but will have some enhancements. The Automated Travel System will only be used by a small group of pilot testers until it is more widely introduced in the fall of 2008.
