Forest Art Wisconsin is an installation of outdoor art along the Raven Nature Trail in the Northern Highland-American Legion State Forest near Minocqua, Wisconsin. This presentation by 28 artists from five countries will feature installations and performances exploring the concepts of “native” and “invasive” from ecological, social and artistic perspectives.
The official opening of the exhibit will take place on Saturday, June 16, 2007, and many other public events are planned throughout the construction of the exhibit (May 30-June 15) and the rest of the summer.
For information about the guided tours, contact Megan Lotts at (608) 335-2182 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
