Two project accounting web applications have been developed on campus to assist Principle Investigators and Financial Managers with grant management. We are very excited about these tools and would like to make them available to you.
1. The College of Engineering (COE) has developed a web application to help PIs with grants management. The application provides easy access to useful financial information about grants. It is very intuitive and easy to use. If youre interested in taking a look at SnapShot, the on line tutorial can be found at http://admin.engr.wisc.edu/snapshot/tutorial
2. The School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH) has taken COEs Snapshot, added some features for financial managers and created FAST (Finance/Accounting Snapshot tool).
