It’s time to nominate candidates for the 2007 UW-Madison Classified Employee Recognition Awards. This is a great opportunity to recognize a classified employee who has done an outstanding job for the university community. Don’t delay; the deadline is Feb. 23.
Nominees are evaluated based on a variety of key factors, including promoting excellence within the work unit, performing well under pressure, developing innovative solutions to everyday problems, and participating in public service activities outside normal work responsibilities.
CERA recipients will receive a commemorative plaque, paid registration to an employee development program of their choice, and a cash award. They will also be highlighted in Wisconsin Week, and will be honored at a special spring ceremony.
