Steven Ricke, a professor of animal and dairy sciences and director of the Meat Science and Animal Biologics Discovery Program was recognized for his outstanding career accomplishments as a University of Illinois College of Agricultural, Consumer, & Economic Sciences (ACES) alumni for his professional achievements and academic contributions. He was honored at the annual ACES Alumni Association Awards banquet on Oct. 24, 2022 in Champaign as a part of the University of Illinois Awards Gala. Ricke was also inducted as a member of the Round Barn Society. This society is dedicated to recognizing alumni who bring honor and distinction to the College of ACES and the University of Illinois.
