This month, Bucky’s Varsity Meats has fresh lamb in store. They are offering the following products:

• Loin chops ~ $18 per pound
• Shoulder chops ~ $14 per pound
• Rib chops ~ $28 per pound

They are also doing a free product tasting for Homecoming with the UW Cheese Club this Thursday, Oct. 1, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at Library Mall.

The Bucky’s Varsity Meats storefront is located on the UW–Madison campus in the lobby of the Meat Science and Animal Biologics Discovery Building at 1933 Observatory Drive. Parking is available for customers just across the street on Willow Drive in marked parking stalls of lot 57. Plan your visit Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
