Reminder that academic departments must maintain a record of syllabi from all course sections in their subject(s) in compliance with the UW–Madison Policy on Department Responsibility for Maintaining Course Syllabi. Syllabi should also include all required elements in accordance with the UW–Madison Course Syllabi Requirements policy.

These efforts help ensure that the university maintains compliance with our accrediting body, supports the learning experience of students, and maintains institutional memory.
