Nominations for the following CALS faculty awards are due Friday, April 28:

Fellowships:

• Myron H. and Anna Atwood Faculty Fellow Award – a one-time award in recognition of excellent teaching.

• Alfred Toepfer Faculty Fellow Award – a one-time award to support research for pre-tenured faculty in production agriculture.

Professorships:

• Clif Bar and Organic Valley Chair in Plant Breeding for Organic Agriculture – a seven-year award for a faculty member who has an established record of teaching and research in the discipline of organic cultivar development.

• Fritz Friday Chair for Vegetable Production Research – a five-year award for a faculty member who demonstrates outstanding research and service in vegetable production.

• Wisconsin Potato and Vegetable Grower BCS Chair – a five-year award for a faculty member with an established research portfolio addressing the impact of potatoes and/or vegetables on water, economics, and the environment.

Nominations must be submitted electronically to Kara Luedtke (kara.luedtke@wisc.edu) by Friday, April 28. Late and incomplete nominations will not be accepted.
