The Office of Strategic Consulting is excited to announce that we will be hosting our 23rd annual Showcase event on Thursday, April 20, 2023. All sessions will be in person at Union South (no livestream or recordings will be provided). Save the date!

Showcase is a day-long event that brings campus colleagues together to share best practices, learn from each other’s successes, and connect. It features poster exhibits, poster flash talks, a keynote presentation, and breakout sessions—all centered around ideas and practices that contribute to organizational excellence and continuous improvement.

If your school, college, or unit has implemented an improvement, innovation, or best practice over the past year, we invite you to share your story by participating in the Showcase 2023 poster exhibition. Learn more and register.

Administrative Improvement Awards
Showcase attendees are also encouraged to attend the 2023 Administrative Improvement Awards (AIAs), sponsored by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration, immediately following the afternoon breakout sessions. If you know of a colleague or team who is doing great work in organizational excellence or continuous improvement, consider nominating them for an AIA.
