Abstract: Cover crops can fill multiple needs in dairy forage systems, yet their use is often limited due to challenges with establishment, timing, and agronomic management. My work explores precision tools and methods to increase cover crop performance and inclusion in dairy forage rotations. An essential part of this work is evaluating value-added benefits of cover crops in addition the ecosystem services they provide.
