CALS recently launched a new certificate in organic agriculture. To support this certificate, the UW Organic Collaborative has created a new course, Introduction to Organic Agriculture: Production, Markets, and Policy (3 cr) and revamped HORT 372:  Colloquium in Organic Agriculture (1 cr).  Both courses will be offered this Spring.
