Introducing UW–Madison’s new organic agriculture certificate

A new CALS certificate in organic agriculture officially launched this fall. This certificate provides opportunities for undergraduate students to not only understand the production and processing approaches that define organic agriculture, but also gain insights into the organic industry in relation to economics and business, policy, environmental stewardship, health and wellness, community development, and beyond. Students leaving UW with this certificate are set up for success in a wide variety of professions and disciplines that intersect with organics.
