The Food Research Institute (FRI) will host its 2021 Spring Meeting virtually via Zoom on May 18. The event will run from 8:00 a.m. – 4:10 p.m. and will include talks, poster presentations and awards. Sessions will focus on:
- Effect of COVID-19 on the food industry
- Interaction of microbes in foods and a food processing environment
- Hot topics in food safety
The CALS community is invited to attend and can register for free on the FRI website.
