During the fall semester, the college conducted a climate survey of all faculty, staff and graduate students in cooperation with the UW Survey Center and the Office for Strategic Consulting (OSC). The Survey Center has compiled the results and shared them with OSC.

On March 10, 2021, OSC shared the climate survey data with department, center and unit work groups. Unit reports include summary data and comparable college results within set parameters. During the month of March, OSC will meet with unit work groups to review the results and provide support with interpretation toward planning activities to foster and maintain a positive climate.

Summary findings will be shared with the broader college community through eCALS, governance committees and during the all-college meeting in May of 2021. In the summer of 2021, a more in-depth analysis of the aggregated college data will be conducted.
