CALS faculty, staff and alumni are invited to join MOSAIC, a new mentorship network for BIPOC in agricultural sciences, curated by graduate students in CALS. BIPOC graduate students and postdocs don’t have great visibility of one another, or of potential mentorship connections from BIPOC faculty, staff and industry professionals. MOSAIC’s role is to facilitate those connections as a community of CALS faculty and research-affiliates and peers who are committed to providing guidance and supporting the success of young scientists and connecting with peers in agriculture and life sciences. If you identify as BIPOC and want to be part of an intentional community as a mentor, please fill out this survey on our website.
