Becoming a Resilient Scientist training program for predoctoral trainees and graduate students

Interested predoctoral trainees and graduate students are encouraged to sign up for a pilot resilience training program hosted by the UW-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH) in collaboration with the NIH Office of Intramural Training and Education (OITE) and sponsored by the NIH/NIGMS Division of Training, Workforce Development, and Diversity.

Purpose: Navigating school, the career exploration process, research environments, and the stress of life can seem overwhelming and lead us to doubt ourselves just when we need confidence the most. NIH OITE has developed a seminar series to help students develop the resilience needed to navigate challenging situations in school, work and life.
