Bucky’s Varsity Meats — formerly known as Bucky’s Butchery — is now open in its new home, the Meat Science and Animal Biologics Discovery building, located at 1933 Observatory Drive.

The store occupies a beautiful dedicated retail space in the new facility and is open 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. At this time, the store is only approved for online sales and curbside pickup.
