Steve Deller, professor and extension specialist in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics, has been named the first recipient of the Rural Renewal Research Prize established through Oklahoma State University’s Rural Renewal Initiative. This award recognizes Deller as a leader in rural renewal research, education and engagement. He will be honored at a virtual event on Oct. 13 during the Rural Renewal Symposium, where he will provide a keynote address.
