EI funding opportunities for teaching and learning innovations
The university’s Educational Innovation (EI) Initiative is offering faculty and instructors multiple funding opportunities to support various educational innovations in teaching and learning.
2019-20 Funding Opportunities
- EI Small Grant Program – focuses on supporting blended and active learning, Open Educational Resources (OER) and student learning assessment. Proposals due Oct. 28. Learn more.
- Online Course Development Grants – support the development of online courses taught during any term (fall, spring or summer). Proposals due Oct. 28. Learn more.
- WI Experience and Our Shared Future Heritage Marker Grants – intended to spark learning and deepen understanding about the Ho-Chunk Nation through learning experiences embedded in the Wisconsin Experience. Proposals due Oct. 1, Dec. 1 and March 1. Learn more.
- Summer Term Igniter Funds – aim to ignite innovation in the areas of pre-college, early start and research in summer courses or programming. The call for proposals will take place in spring 2020. Learn more.
