Order now: Bucky’s Butchery offering holiday ham, prime rib and lamb

Bucky’s Butchery, the campus meat shop largely run by CALS animal sciences students, has started taking orders for holiday ham, prime rib and lamb. To order, download the 2017 Holiday Order Form, fill it out and email it to meatlab@ansci.wisc.edu or drop it off at Bucky’s Butchery during store hours (Thursdays 4-7 and Fridays 11-3). See the meat options, ordering deadlines and pickup dates below.
