Fengxia Dong, an associate scientist in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics, is a recipient of the University Housing Honored Instructor award for Spring 2017.

Dong is an applied economist working on issues in agricultural production, sustainability and food safety. Besides U.S. agricultural markets, she also has particular interests in China’s rural issues.
