The teaching & display garden located at Spooner Agricultural Research Station recently took second-place in the All-America Selections (AAS) landscape design contest. The garden, which is designed and maintained by the UW-Extension North Country Master Gardener Volunteers, has won an AAS award for four consecutive years.

The awards recognize the garden’s educational efforts and creative landscape designs and promotion of new proven varieties of flowers and vegetables.
