Description of the webinar: Prolonged, uncontrolled stress is detrimental to our mental and physical health. Stress can kill. This presentation reviews the stress response in more detail and highlights the impact on the human body during each phase including discussions on stress-induced weight gain, high blood pressure, depression and anxiety.
