Invitation to participate in UW Science Expeditions
UW-Madison Science Alliance is seeking university faculty, staff and students to participate in the 14th Annual UW-Madison Science Expeditions event, which will take place April 1-3, 2016.
Why participate in UW Science Expeditions? UW Science Expeditions is an annual campus-wide science open house. It’s an opportunity for campus researchers and students to welcome members of the general public to the state’s land-grant research university and share the great work being done here.
The event features three types of programs:
1. Exploration Stations: Hands-on exhibits where you share insights into your research.
2. Science Spectaculars: Presentations that engage a larger audience, usually in an auditorium.
3. Destinations for Exploration: Tours or Open Houses at venues across campus.
*To Sign up to lead an Exploration Station, a Science Spectacular or a Destination for Exploration, please register at http://go.wisc.edu/pt5t4q.
