Bucky’s Butchery, campus’ own meat shop that’s largely run by CALS animal sciences students, has started taking orders for holiday ham and prime rib. To order, download the 2015_Order_Form, fill it out and email it as an attachment to email@example.com or drop the form off at Bucky’s Butchery during store hours (Fridays 11-3).

Prime rib roast (bone in) costs $12.99/lb
Prime rib roast (boneless) costs $13.99/lb
Dry-aged prime rib roast (boneless) costs $20.99/lb
Ordering deadlines: Dry-aged prime rib orders are due on Friday, Nov. 20. Orders for the other options are due on Monday, Dec. 7.
Pick up information: Orders must be picked up in the store during store hours on Friday, Dec. 11 or Friday, Dec. 18.
