Order now: Bucky’s Butchery offering holiday ham and prime rib

Bucky’s Butchery, campus’ own meat shop that’s largely run by CALS animal sciences students, has started taking orders for holiday ham and prime rib. To order, download the 2015_Order_Form, fill it out and email it as an attachment to meatlab@ansci.wisc.edu or drop the form off at Bucky’s Butchery during store hours (Fridays 11-3).

Options:

Smoked mini-ham (bone in) costs $3.49/lb

Prime rib roast (bone in) costs $12.99/lb

Prime rib roast (boneless) costs $13.99/lb

Dry-aged prime rib roast (boneless) costs $20.99/lb

Ordering deadlines: Dry-aged prime rib orders are due on Friday, Nov. 20. Orders for the other options are due on Monday, Dec. 7.

Pick up information: Orders must be picked up in the store during store hours on Friday, Dec. 11 or Friday, Dec. 18.
