Dan Vergano, Science Writer in Residence, to give public talk April 7

Dan Vergano, the Spring 2015 Science Writer in Residence, will give a public talk on Tuesday, April 7 at 4:00 p.m. in the Memorial Union. Life Sciences Communication is co-sponsoring the lecture, which is titled “When Worlds Collide: Science Meets Digital News.”

Vergano is a science journalist now working at the digital news platform Buzzfeed covering the intersection of science and politics. He previously worked at USA Today and National Geographic. As the Science Writer in Residence, Vergano will be on campus all week to work with students, faculty and staff.
