Staff eligible for length of service pin at 10, 20, 30 and 40 years with CALS

Academic Staff and Classified Staff members are an integral part of the research, teaching, extension, and administrative activities of the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS). To assist departments, centers, and programs in honoring their long-term staff, the Committee on Academic Staff Issues (CASI) has designed “length of service” pins to be distributed to staff members who have served in one or more positions in CALS for 10, 20, or 30 years, and a recognition plaque with 40 years of service in CALS.

CASI needs help identifying people who are eligible for this length of service distinction.  If you have completed your 10th, 20th, 30th, or 40th year of service in CALS as of December 31, 2014, please let CASI know by completing and returning the Length_of_Service_Form by February 28, 2015.

The form can be returned electronically to CASI at or in hardcopy to CASI, 240 Agricultural Hall, 1450 Linden Drive, Madison, WI 53706.  If you want to be recognized this year, forms must be received by February 28, 2015.  If you have questions regarding this process, please contact Dawn Wagner at 265-3092
