“I’ve been doing a talk on candy for many years. It’s a mixture of candy science, some fun facts about candy and even a quiz. It’s done interactively, meaning I hand out a candy bag to attendees, and as I talk they investigate and eat each candy in order as I discuss the science,” says Hartel.
To keep the free, online webinar as interactive as possible, he explains, “we’re asking attendees to arrange to bring their own candies.”
