The 4th Annual Co-op Connection, an event to celebrate cooperatives and their contributions to communities, is set for 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4 on the 100 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. (during the Dane County Farmer’s Market). Area cooperatives and cooperative enthusiasts will host interactive booths to share stories and educate members, employees, and the public about what co-ops do and why they’re important to communities and local economies. Enjoy live entertainment, kids’ activities, prize drawings and free food samples.
