UWF check request process changing

Wisconsin Foundation & Alumni Association (WFAA) will soon go live with the ABE CRM database and Advancement Resources website that will replace their Campus Access system. This website will be used to generate check request forms, generate fund deposit forms, view fund information, and generate fund reports.

If you are a current user of UWF’s Campus Access system who responded to their user survey earlier this year, you are eligible for access to the Advancement Resources website on September 2, 2014. Prior to receiving your credentials for the new system, you are required to review and agree to the WFAA Data Disclosure and Confidentiality Policy. WFAA created online video training to fulfill these requirements.

Eligible staff members received an e-mail with the subject “Advancement Resources Website Training (Updated).” Please review this e-mail and complete the online video training by September 16, 2014.If training is not completed by this date, access will be removed and you will need to go through the standard process of requesting access through the new Advancement Resources portal at New user requests will be accepted beginning September 2 and new users will be added to the system once per week.
