The 12th edition of the Southern Wisconsin Farm Fresh Atlas has been release and is available, among many other places, at Steenbock Memorial Library. Our own Center for Integrated Agricultural System is a partner on this project. The Atlas is a guide to local food was first created by a group of farmers and sustainable food advocates looking to make it easier to find and purchase local food, and has since grown into an anticipated and trusted source for finding farms, businesses, restaurants and farmers’ markets that sell their goods directly to customers in southern Wisconsin. The Atlas will be available at the Dane County Farmers’ Market information booth at the top of State Street, as well as other farmers’ markets, public libraries, farms, food co-ops, grocery stores, Heartland Credit Union branches, and other area businesses. Or click on the image on the website to access the Atlas electronically and learn more.
