Learn the science behind leadership and management this fall

Learn the science behind leadership and management (and how to avoid fads) in this unique program offered by the UW-Madison’s Systems for the Transdisciplinary Advancement of Research program. Work with a group of 8 to 12 peers over 14 weeks and identify approaches that work best for you. Meet peers from across the business and academic community and expand your professional network.

Through weekly readings and discussions, learn about issues at the intersection of employee well-being and organizational needs, and how you can contribute to your organization’s ability to attract, retain and develop talent.
