Accepting applications for Undergraduate Research Program

The Undergraduate Research and Mentoring Program is currently accepting applications from rising sophomores, juniors and fall 2011 transfer students. URM is a graduate school preparatory program that provides financial and personal support for students engaged in research connected to the biological sciences. Any STEM major is eligible.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents with at least a 2.8 G.P.A. Students who are African-American, Hispanic, Native-American, Southeast Asian, Native Alaskan or Native Pacific Islander; OR from low-income homes and the first in their family to attend college; OR have a documented disability are strongly encouraged to apply.
