On January 25, CALS and other campus partners welcomed 150 organizations (exactly!) to the Kohl Center for the Spring Career and Internship Fair. A record number of students and alumni came out to support the event and network with recruiters from the government, non-profit, university and corporate sectors. The Spring Career and Internship Fair represents the third consecutive collaboration between CALS, the Wisconsin School of Business, the College of Letters and Sciences, The School of Human Ecology and the Wisconsin Alumni Association.
Thank you to all the students, alumni, faculty and staff that attended. So far, feedback for this format has been very positive. In an effort to increase communication and collaboration between campus career centers and make campus easier to navigate for employers, CALS will continue to participate in multi-school career fairs.
We also got a little press out of it! Please see this article about us in the Capitol Times!
