Jo Handelsman gets presidential award for science mentoring

Jo Handelsman, a former professor in the CALS plant pathology and bacteriology departments who is now at Yale University, was among 11 scientists across the nation to receive Presidential Awards for Excellence in Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Mentoring.
