Writers in CALS External Relations won two first-place honors in regional awards competition sponsored by CASE. Both awards were for feature articles in Grow magazine. The Fixing Our Food series, written by Nicole and Michael Penn, won gold in the Best Feature Series category. An article by Michael Penn entitled Invisible Hands won gold in the Best Feature Writing, Individual category.
