From safety to salmonella to home canning, CALS podcasts offer expert advice on timely topics

In recent months, Sevie Kenyon of CALS External Relations has been producing a series of weekly audio podcasts on timely topics. The podcasts are produced for broadcast on state radio outlets and are also available online at the UW-Extension news website. Some are geared to a farm audience, others to a general audience His most recent  is an interview with Cheryl Skjolaas of the CALS-based Wisconsin Center for Agricultural Safety.
