National agribusiness news program will be here for ag economic outlook forum

If you think you deserve a chance to speak your piece on one of those Sunday morning news shows, your time may have come. Market to Market, one of the nation’s most respected agricultural news programs, is coming in Madison on January 20 to tape the second in a series of four Rural Economic Summits. This is being done in conjunction with the Wisconsin Agricultural Economic Outlook Forum, sponsored by CALS and UW-Extension. Market to Market is produced by Iowa Public Television and is broadcast in Madison at 11:30 a.m. Sundays on Wisconsin Public Television. The Market to Market summit uses a town-hall format, and all are welcome to be part of the audience.

The summit will be be taped at 5 p.m. in the Pyle Center following the Wisconsin Agricultural Economic Outlook Forum, which is being presented by CALS and UW-Extension from 12:45-4:45 p.m. in the same building.
